I went to Eye Galleria because my last experience at a High Street optician's was most unpleasant. I found this experience at Eye Galleria to be totally different - I wasn't rushed or pushed into buying something I didn't want or need. Fabulous service above and beyond!
We have always had excellent service from them, thoughtful, thorough, generous. Last night they went above and beyond! Our daughter had ordered contact lenses for her school ski trip, leaving Easter Saturday. We meant to pick them up on Easter weekend, only to find that they were closed all weekend. Our daughter was devastated. I sent an email at 9.30 pm on Easter Thursday - Bella phoned me back at 10 pm, and sent her husband over to the shop to collect them and deliver to our house at 11 pm, despite them leaving for a family holiday early the next morning! I can't thank them enough for their (very typical) kindness.

Only one word: WOW! Fantastic, friendly and efficient service from Bella and her team. In a world of
franchises, it was so refreshing to experience personal service tailored to my needs. The eye examination was professional and Bella listened to my requirements to help me to work through the different options. They may not have a huge selection of frames there were two that were perfect for me. My new varifocal lenses have made a huge improvement at work and whilst driving. I cannot recommend the Eye Gallaria enough.

Help! My new dog chewed my.... GLASSES...just a few days before I was due to set off for an important trade fair. So, I rushed over immediately to The Eye Galleria, where they made room for me straight away. Also they did not even laugh when I chose a rather outrageous pair of replacement 'eye-catching' frames.

* I am writing to thank Bella and her staff for the excellent advice and service received over the past 12 months during my visits to The Eye Galleria Opticians in East Twickenham.
During a routine visit last year I was lucky enough to be tested by Bella and to cut a long story short, following Cataract surgery and new spectacles recommended by her,my sight is now far sharper than it has been over the past 20 years ,or so.
Bella did a thoroughly professional job and took as much time as was needed to accurately diagnose my problem and recommend and explain appropriate remedial measures.
I am a Senior citizen and as far as I am concerned, Bella is a bright star.
She is independent, patient and personable and a credit to her profession.
